1. Purpose

Information belonging to candidates and organizations will not be shared with third parties without the knowledge and consent of the relevant parties.

We adhere to the principle of impartiality in candidate evaluation processes. Evaluations are made solely based on the candidates' experience, competencies, and suitability for the relevant position.

4. Transparency

We prioritize open and honest communication in all processes conducted with our clients and candidates. We take care to provide accurate and timely information about the processes.

5. Respect for Candidate Rights

Candidates' personal data and career information are protected within the framework of confidentiality. A fair and respectful approach is adopted in the application processes of candidates.

6. Legal Compliance

Sakura İnsan Kaynakları Danışmanlığı Ltd.Şti. (“Sakura Consultancy”) acts in accordance with all relevant legal regulations and professional standards while conducting its activities. In accordance with the Turkish Employment Agency Law No. 4904, no fees are charged to job-seeking candidates.

8. Conflict of Interest and Fair Representation

It adheres to the principle of transparency and provides the necessary information in situations that may harm the interests of a candidate or institution.
