This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared by Sakura İnsan Kaynakları Danışmanlığı Ltd.Şti. (“Sakura Consultancy”) within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

 

2. Data Subject to Explicit Consent

My resume, education information, work experience, reference information, contact information, and other personal data necessary within the scope of the job placement processes.

3. Processing Purposes

My personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting job placement and candidate evaluation processes,

• Matching with suitable positions,

• Sharing with potential employer companies,

• Storing in the database for suitable positions that may arise in the future.

4. Data Transfer

My personal data may be transferred to potential employer companies and technical infrastructure providers within the country only to the extent required by the job placement activity.

 

5. Retention Period

My personal data may be stored in the candidate pool for a maximum of 2 years. At the end of this period, I may be sent a request for re-consent, or my data will be deleted.
